A website with multiple integrations for a network of family medicine centers.

Goal
Create a website and integrate it with the Medialog system.
Zdravitsa builds relationships with the whole family: information about patients and their children is stored in a unified format.

For the convenience of both doctors and patients, the centers use the Medialog medical information system and a mobile app.

At the start of the project, we conducted a comprehensive market and competitor analysis, examined the full user journey, and compiled a list of necessary website features. With this list in hand, we proceeded to design the interface.

We faced a complex challenge: not only to develop a modern clinic website, but also to anticipate and implement all required integrations.

The Medialog system provides the website with real-time schedules for all specialists.

On the ’Make an Appointment’ page, users can select a medical specialty, a specific doctor, and a service. The system then suggests appropriate clinics along with available time slots.

Is the doctor unavailable at the desired time? Users can join a waitlist, and if a time opens up, clinic staff will reach out to offer an appointment.

We carefully designed the personal account interface and logic. It provides patients with easy access to essential data: appointment history, test results, and diagnostics.

The personal account also includes bonus and personal account balances. Favorite doctors can be added to a 'Preferred Specialists' tab for quick access.

Patients can link their children’s accounts to their personal profile for quick and easy access at any time.

An additional feature is the ’Anamnesis PRO’ questionnaire.

This system helps doctors gain deeper insight into patient health and enables early prevention of illnesses.

Each service page contains all the essential information: description, price list, doctors, and reviews.

Service pricing is pulled directly from the Medialog system and is always up to date.

One of the project’s challenges was the existing mobile app, which relied on an API built for the old website.

The data structure of the old site differed from the new one. We replicated the old API with identical structure so that the client wouldn’t have to rebuild the app.

There was no access to the previous developer, and the documentation was minimal — but our developers successfully rewrote the API.

We did everything possible to make life easier for the client’s marketing team:
  • Integrated online payments via Alfa-Bank.
  • Built the website with internal SEO optimization in mind.
  • Set up conversion tracking for Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics.
  • Migrated the user database and preserved login credentials.
  • Enabled an accessibility-friendly version of the website.
  • Set up redirects to ensure a smooth domain migration with minimal loss in search engine rankings.
Next step — launching a new website for the Moscow medical centers and developing an English version.
