The project began with requirement detailing, designing the overall structure, analyzing the infrastructure, and studying business processes. Based on the collected information, we compiled a list of essential services, developed page prototypes, and documented all technical features and integration rules with the client’s internal systems.

Design layout development was carried out in parallel with the technical implementation. We chose the Zend Framework as the project’s core platform. A complex three-way integration was implemented with the company’s internal systems (data upload of users, personal accounts, and services) and the bank (billing and card payment processing).
Our team also provided full technical support, including selecting, purchasing, delivering, and configuring the servers required for the client’s data center.
Personal account services for individuals and organizations are available in major Siberian cities — Omsk and Tomsk.

The personal account allows users to: view account balances and current debts, submit individual meter readings, print bills, pay for consumed thermal energy online, access service department and service details, learn about available payment methods, submit support inquiries.

The website features comprehensive information about the company’s operations and performance, enriched with vivid charts and infographics.
