Goal

Create a simple and user-friendly website for a residential development.

Tayginskiy Park is a new project from Novosibirsk developer KPD-Gasstroy.

This is our second project for KPD-Gasstroy — the first was the company’s corporate website. This time, we moved away from a strict corporate style and created a warm, cozy design to reflect the inviting atmosphere of Tayginskiy Park itself.

We developed an interactive 3D map of the neighborhood and surrounding area.

We made sure the apartment selection process is simple and intuitive.

All the necessary filters are in place: number of rooms, price, area, floor, type of bathroom, and finish option. Users can also filter by features such as walk-in closets or terraces. The catalog and filtering system were developed with SEO optimization in mind.

We set up automated import of the initial apartment database and layouts, as well as integration with 1C, so only currently available apartments with up-to-date prices are shown. The website is integrated with Bitrix24, with all leads from contact forms automatically sent to the CRM, streamlining the work of the sales team.

We continue to collaborate with the client.

We’ve also launched websites for two other KPD-Gasstroy projects: Chistaya Sloboda and Okolitsa. In addition, we configured telephony and are currently working on the Bitrix24 implementation.
