New website for a food additives supplier.

Goal
Create a new website that communicates the company’s values.
Sell Service is a Novosibirsk-based company specializing in the supply of food additives and food raw materials across Russia.

The company’s old website, created back in 2011, no longer reflected its spirit. It wasn’t responsive and was inconvenient to use. We developed a brand-new website.

The first step was to define the goals and objectives of the new website together with the client:
  • Strengthen the company’s image
  • Increase brand recognition
  • Communicate corporate values
  • Improve website conversion rate
At the planning stage, we took a deep dive into the client’s business:
  • Conducted interviews with the client’s working group
  • Clarified the target audience, their needs and pain points
  • Analyzed competitor websites
  • Created the site structure
  • Defined the content and functionality of all pages
  • Compiled a semantic core and prepared SEO requirements
  • Developed a detailed technical specification
Prototypes for the key pages of the website were developed.
The design concept was created, drawing on a natural color palette and rounded shapes.

We conveyed Sell Service’s values on the website: openness, warmth, naturalness, responsiveness, and reliability. The company operates as a partner: Sell Service’s technologists develop recipes and help set up production processes.

We added micro-animations and videos from the countries of origin of the products to enhance dynamism.
On the ’About Us’ page, we visually highlighted how Sell Service adds flavor to life in Siberia.

We emphasized that the first office opened in Novosibirsk, reflecting the company’s Siberian soul — an important nuance for the client.

The company highly values its employees, and we showcased this with the ’Thanks to Our Team’ section.

The company’s important focus on charity work was also highlighted.

We carefully refined the product catalog and product pages by:
  • Highlighting key features.
  • Organizing sections with full specifications and documentation.
  • Adding a form to offer product samples.
  • Creating a separate page for viewing documentation.
To maintain visual consistency after the website launch, we created an image builder for the products.
We also added a ’Blog’ section to the website to showcase expertise.

Here, the client shares industry news and company updates.

We provided detailed information about partnership conditions on the ’For Suppliers’ page.
All the remaining pages of the website were designed.
SEO planning for the new site was carried out and basic optimization was performed.

We set up subdomains for cities and redirects, as well as conducted an SEO audit of both the old and new websites. A semantic core was collected and meta tags were configured for the promoted pages.

We continue to work with the client, providing support and ongoing development for the website.
