Mobile app for the MIRA group of companies and its partners.

Goal
Develop a scalable mobile application.

MIRA is a group of projects led by Novosibirsk entrepreneur Andrey Alekseev.

All projects share a common philosophy: events and products that energize, inspire, and help people take the first step — or continue — on their path toward a healthy lifestyle.

The first project was ’MIRA Thermae’ — a European-level thermal complex with no analogues in Russia. A wellness center designed for restoration, relaxation, and health improvement. It was later followed by ’MIRA Village’, ’MIRA Park’, and ’MIRA Estate’.

The mobile application was designed to meet two core needs:
  • Provide an infrastructure solution for all companies within the MIRA group.
  • Create a marketplace for companies and products that share MIRA’s philosophy. If a business aligns with MIRA’s principles, it can offer its goods, events, places, and experiences within the app.
An in-house team was assembled within the agency for this project.

Tech stack: Laravel, Swift, and Kotlin. The team included a project manager, mid- and senior-level developers, designers, and a QA specialist.

The team conducted research into current trends and the competitive market, gathering all necessary features for the new app.

We mapped out user flow, created and tested several user journey scenarios, developed prototypes, and tested them with the target audience. Only after that was the final interface designed.

The app offers five core features.

’Mira Club’ is a marketplace for quality living.

1. The ability to choose experiences, events, and places.

2. The ability to purchase tickets for visiting places and events.

For user convenience, we have integrated Sberbank’s online acquiring.

3. Reviews: the ability to view others’ feedback and leave your own.

4. Chat: the ability to ask support questions about a specific direction, event, or experience.

The conversation takes place within the app, and a company manager responds to the user.

5. Cashback depending on your user level.

For the development of this system, we engaged a separate loyalty program provider — Manzana Group. The work was divided into two stages: concept development and integration into Mira’s business processes.

The app runs on iOS and Android and is fully integrated with the website miraclub.life.

The interface design is almost identical, so users familiar with the website will easily navigate the app.

New project websites within Mira will also be integrated with each other, the app, and miraclub.life. We plan to create a unified system of events, places, and experiences.
