The startup’s key feature is a limited delivery radius, which ensures that each customer receives their food on time. But to achieve this level of service, it takes more than just good chefs and couriers — the website must work in sync with the company’s business processes.
And when the staff is hired, premises are rented, and equipment is purchased — the website needs to be up and running as soon as possible.

We implemented two-way integration with iiko, a cloud-based service for the HoReCa industry. We set up synchronization for dishes, users, bonus accounts, orders, and order statuses.

This interface allows tracking how busy the hot and cold kitchens are. Time is divided into slots, each with a load limit. The limit can be adjusted — for example, if more staff is available on weekends, it’s easy to increase the maximum capacity.
Depending on how loaded the slots are in the Load Monitor, available delivery times are dynamically shown on the website. This is another digital tool that helps ensure timely deliveries.
