Goal

Create a clear and user-friendly website for a residential development.

Chistaya Sloboda is the most well-known project of KPD-Gasstroy, the largest real estate developer in Novosibirsk.

The homepage features information about the neighborhood and construction progress.

We created a master plan and marked the locations of key infrastructure: shops, public transport stops, medical centers, and more.

Integrated the site with 1C, so the apartment database is always up to date.

Added extra filters to help users find suitable apartments. You can sort by finishing, number of bathrooms, and other features. On the apartment detail page, available units on different floors are shown.

All available purchase options are clearly listed.

We also developed a mortgage calculator with the option to apply to most major banks.

Performed SEO optimization and set up integration with Bitrix24 — all leads are sent directly to the CRM.

We continue working with the client.

We’ve also launched websites for two other KPD-Gasstroy projects: Taiginsky Park and Okolitsa. In addition, we configured telephony and are currently implementing Bitrix24.
