Instagram account setup for a chain of health resorts.

Goal
Prepare an Instagram page for promoting and selling premium travel packages.

The client approached us to promote a newly launched service — premium-class resort packages — via Instagram.

We created a new, dedicated Instagram account for the resort, as the existing one was not suitable for targeting a premium audience.

We set up clear and intuitive navigation while maintaining a connection with the resort’s main account and visual brand identity.

We developed easy-to-edit templates to allow post creation without the involvement of a designer.

We also prepared informative templates for pinned Stories.

A trigger system was developed, tailored specifically to the premium segment:

family vacations, healthy lifestyle, recovery, and relaxation at the resort.

We showcased the resort experience from all angles.

The sanatorium itself, surrounding areas, ski complex, ice rink, restaurant, pool, and natural landscapes.

We used plenty of authentic photos, which helped boost post reach.

We also revealed the human side of the resort through its staff — not just top management, but also doctors, housekeepers, waiters, chefs, receptionists, and managers.

The account was fully prepared for launching targeted advertising campaigns.
