The bank’s website already featured a showcase of investment and commemorative coins. The client asked us to completely rethink the page and turn it into a full-fledged online store.

We began the design process with analytics, studying the current metrics of the section and references from other banks. We designed the section structure and page composition, worked on the CJM (Customer Journey Map), developed interactive prototypes, and tested them with the project working group.
During the analytics phase, we discovered that coins could not be transferred between the bank’s offices. Therefore, we implemented filtering by cities, and for Novosibirsk, we added filtering by offices, prices, and coin parameters (metal and year of issue).
Data about the coin assortment is exported from the system in XML format: images, prices, availability in offices, weight, metal, fineness, minting quality, denomination, and year of issue. Information on the website is updated every 1.5 to 2 minutes.

The nuances of business processes do not allow coins from different offices to be added to the cart, so the office is selected at the filtering stage. A warning popup appears when the office is changed.
Orders are received through Bitrix CRM and the bank’s system. When an order is ready for pickup, the client receives a notification.
