Three landing pages and a full website dedicated to a residential complex in the heart of Novosibirsk.

Goal
To create a comprehensive tool for selling apartments.
The developer approached us with a request to design a website for their residential complex.

From the start, a small challenge became clear: the client’s marketing team urgently needed a landing page to launch contextual advertising, while the full site required a custom design — a much longer process compared to, say, building a quick Webflow page.

To address all needs efficiently and save the client money, we proposed a phased approach:
  • Design landing pages and the main website.
  • Prepare high-quality 3D renders.
  • Quickly launch the landing pages on 1C-Bitrix.
  • Develop a full-featured multipage site based on the landing layouts.
  • Integrate CRM into the developer’s business processes.

After approving the plan, we began work.

While working on the design, we simultaneously created the renders.

Later, the developer used these visualizations not only on the website but also in sponsored content on news portals, in outdoor advertising, and in printed brochures.

The renders turned out to be so high-quality that one of the major news portals later used them in other articles — Akademia’s visuals became good illustrations for materials on modern urban development.

The landing pages were ready within a month.

We designed and filled the landing pages for specific target audiences: each had its own text, icons, photos, and renders. This allowed the client’s marketing team to quickly launch advertising campaigns.

The landing page templates were then used in the development of the main website.

This made it possible to implement a large project with a custom design while saving the client money.

The website displays all the most important information about the apartments.

Prices and apartment availability are updated automatically from 1C. Depending on the marketing strategy, prices can be hidden.

We suggested integrating 1C and CRM — either Profitbase or Bitrix24.

As a result, the client initially started using Profitbase and later switched to Bitrix24.

The website’s content and administration are handled by the client.
